Tasting notes

Color: bright with a yellowish colour tending to amber, brilliance with reflections of antique gold.
Scents: notes of mandarin, white chocolate, crunchy caramel, hazelnuts, toasted peanuts. Spices of white pepper concludes with a note of citrusy incense.
Flavor: the palate is rich and complex; the spicy note of cinnamon and cloves remains with a touch of orange. Toasting and alcohol are well balanced with a note of charcoal
Ideal match: great to serve for after dinner with friends, it is the perfect match with up to 70% dark chocolate and cigars

Vinification and aging

Blend of our wines, carefully chosen for their precious aromatic characteristics, it is distilled at the Nannoni artisan distillery. The resulting brandy is then placed in new French oak barrels for at least 5 years to refine and soften.
