Description

Late harvest with noble rot.
This wine comes from our Vermentino’s vineyards in Bolgheri. Harvested by hand in November in presence of noble rot (Botrytis Cinerea) which develops on the grapes thanks to favorable climatic conditions in a particular area of the vineyard: fog in the morning and sun in the afternoon.
After a natural fermentation, it is aged 12 months in new French oak barrels. Long aging in bottle.
