Description
Extra Virgin Olive Oil obtained from olives harvested at the family estate: Agriturismo le Vallette.
The olive grove, which surrounds the farmhouse, consists of two hectares of land, where the Frantoio and Leccino varieties are present. The olives traditionally harvested by hand in the period between mid-November and early December are rich in polyphenols, thanks to our favourable climate, thus obtaining a characteristic Tuscan oil, suitable for all food regimes.
